Goodies from California

Michael's aunt and uncle in California sent the boys these totally awesome cookies. Don't you just love America? Where else in the world do people print pictures of the presidential candidates on cookies??!! When the boys opened the box from Tony and Gin-Gin, they found 4 foil wrapped goodies, thinking maybe they were Christmas ornaments. Jonathan opened his first and staring up at him was not a pretty little ornament, but Joe Biden! Whoa, what a shock! It took about 2 seconds for everyone to figure out what the other cookies might contain. It was so cute, they all took turns unwrapping their package. Each one calling out "I hope I get Palin, I hope I get Palin!" Jeremy was the lucky-duck. Jeffrey groaned as he unwrapped Obama (have we brainwashed-oops I mean educated-him or what!) but quickly got over and just started eating the cookie. But first I had to take some pictures.

Aren't those great! Thanks Tony and Gin for the fun treat! I hope the outcome of the election is as sweet as those cookies!
