For about $1!! If I were to pay retail (like I would ever do that!) this stuff would cost $18.10. What fun it is to save money!!!"She looks well to the ways of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness" Proverbs 31:27

Kroger + Coupons = One happy mama!
One of my new favorite things to do when I visit mom and dad's is to go to the Kroger right down the street and check out what's on sale/clearance/what I have coupons that can be doubled. San Antonio is HEB Land, which we love, since our family benefits in many ways from HEB and from having a huge city shop almost exclusively at HEB! However, I do enjoy hunting for and finding deals at other places, like Kroger. Two weeks ago, I picked up three Honey Nut Cherrios for $2 total, along with some other great deals. Yesterday, I went with my coupons in hand to get free toilet paper and pick up a couple of other things mom and dad needed. Well, Josiah and I were walking through the store and I'm doing the "scan for the orange clearance sticker" all through the store. My eyes landed on a lady's basket with wipes that had a clearance sticker on them. Hmmmm, I thought. My sis and her kiddos are coming to mom and dad's next week. She'll need wipes. So I went to check it out. I was thrilled to find in the clearance section that they were Seventh Generation baby wipes. I had seen just that morning on Money Saving Mom that there was a coupon for $2 off and Seventh Gen baby product. Well, these wipes were marked down to $2.19 for the box and $1.89 for the refills. Well, we made haste to the check out to get the couple of things mom and dad needed and then dashed to their house and printed out some coupons (3 total). Later that evening, mom and I went back to Kroger to get the wipes. While we were there, we decided to go and pick up some cinnamon rolls for breakfast since they were $10 for 10. Believe it or not, there was a little red blinkie coupon dispenser spitting out $.75 off of 3 for any refrigerated Pillsbury bread. So we got three coupons, three rolls and got them for $.25 each!! So, thanks to coupons we got all of this....

Aunt Jennie boy will we have a lot of wipes when were there. I love you and I will see you in 5 more days if your're going to be at Pop and Granna's house.
The boys say "thanks" for the chlorine free wipes! Too bad the cinnamon rolls won't be around when we get there! :-)
That's so great! Just another great reason to visit mom and dad! Can't wait to see you in a few days. Maybe we can go Krogering together! :-)
Way to go Jennie!
You're gonna have to teach me about this coupon thing. I tried once and never got the hang of it!
