Josiah's soccer practice was cancelled today because of the weather from the hurricane, supposedly. Here's the view from my front porch (not a bad view, huh?). Doesn't look too stormy here! I guess maybe its TOO sunny and nice.
So, while Jonathan and Jeremy are off on a "daddy date" to the movies, Josiah and Jeffrey decided to play lacrosse/hockey in the house. They think it's awesome to put on slippers (the great ones handmade by Granna) and slip/skate around on the tile floor.
Jeffrey named his team the San Antonio Armadillos. Notice the laundry basket goal.
Josiah's team was named the Houston Dragons.

It's nice to have lots of room to play, even indoors. The lacrosse/hockey ring was in our entry way and dining room. The final score was 4-2 Armadillos.
